Walk into any Polish pharmacy. The supplements with the longest ingredient lists sell best. Fifteen vitamins. Eight minerals. Four proprietary blends. The consumer logic: more = better coverage = better health. The reality: most of those ingredients pass through your body unused, and the ones that do absorb compete with each other for uptake.
Japan has the highest life expectancy in the world, and Japanese wellness philosophy is built on intentionality: give your body exactly what serves it, in the right form, at the right dose. The Japanese supplement market is built on mono-ingredient products, traceable sources, and the principle that purity is not minimalism — it is respect for the body.
L-Theanine from Japanese green tea — one ingredient, one purpose. Marine collagen from wild-caught fish beneath Mount Fuji — one ingredient, one purpose. No fillers. No flow agents beyond functional minimum. No excuses. If we cannot name where every milligram comes from, it does not go in the capsule.
L-Theanine is the amino acid behind Japanese green tea's ability to calm the mind without inducing sleep. In its patented Suntheanine® form — the only form backed by 200+ clinical studies — it works within 30–40 minutes. Paired with magnesium bisglycinate: the most bioavailable form, for stress regulation and sleep quality. Two ingredients. One purpose each.
nippi peptide® Wild Caught — marine collagen peptides from wild-caught deep-sea fish, produced at Nippi's Fujinomiya facility using water from Mount Fuji's underground aquifers. Vitamin C is not a filler: it is required for the body's natural collagen synthesis. Both ingredients work together because they have to. Everything else was removed.
"In Japan, the concept of mottainai — the tragedy of waste — applies not only to objects. It applies to what you ask your body to process unnecessarily."
Kiyomi was born from a simple act of subtraction. We took a conventional supplement formula and asked: which of these ingredients actually works? Which are here to fill space, to justify a price point, to make the label look impressive?
What remained was two. That is the starting point of every Kiyomi product, and it will never change.
Our marine collagen comes from Nippi Inc.'s facility in Fujinomiya — at the foot of Mount Fuji. Production water is drawn from underground Fuji aquifers, filtered through volcanic basalt over decades. This is not marketing. It is where the water comes from, and it matters for what ends up in your body.
Nippi holds 54% of Japan's collagen raw material market. Suntheanine® is produced by Taiyo Kagaku using a fermentation process that mirrors how L-theanine occurs naturally in the Camellia sinensis tea plant.
Two active ingredients per product. No artificial sweeteners, no flavourings, no unnecessary binders. If an ingredient cannot be justified by the science of what the product does, it is removed. Not reduced. Removed.
Every ingredient is traced to its manufacturer. Suntheanine® from Taiyo Kagaku, Japan. nippi peptide® from Nippi Inc., Fujinomiya. Named ingredients, named origins, always visible on the label.
Third-party HPLC testing on every production batch. The dose on the label is the dose in the capsule. Certificate of Analysis available for every run. We do not ask you to trust us — we show you the data.
